Refund & Return Policy
1. Returns
SensQ accepts returns only in cases where a product is damaged or defective at the time of delivery, subject to the conditions below:

A return request must be raised within 7 days from the date of purchase.

The product must be unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging and accessories.

Valid proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is mandatory.

Returns are applicable only for products manufactured by SensQ.
Products that do not meet the above conditions may not be eligible for return or replacement.
2. Exchanges

SensQ follows an exchange-first policy.

Approved returns will normally be processed as a replacement/exchange, not a refund.

The replacement product will be dispatched within 10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Exchange is subject to product availability.
3. Refunds

Refunds are not the standard practice and are issued only in exceptional circumstances, such as:

When an exchange is not possible due to unavailability of the product, or

When approved at SensQ’s discretion after inspection.

If a refund is approved:

The amount will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.

Refunds will be processed within 10 business days from the date of approval.
4. Non-Returnable Items

Returns, exchanges, or refunds will not be accepted for:

Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper installation

Normal wear and tear
-
Products returned without original packaging or accessories

Items not manufactured by SensQ (unless explicitly stated)
