Refund & Return Policy

1. Returns

SensQ accepts returns only in cases where a product is damaged or defective at the time of delivery, subject to the conditions below:

  • A return request must be raised within 7 days from the date of purchase.

  • The product must be unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging and accessories.

  • Valid proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is mandatory.

  • Returns are applicable only for products manufactured by SensQ.

Products that do not meet the above conditions may not be eligible for return or replacement.

2. Exchanges

  • SensQ follows an exchange-first policy.

  • Approved returns will normally be processed as a replacement/exchange, not a refund.

  • The replacement product will be dispatched within 10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

  • Exchange is subject to product availability.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds are not the standard practice and are issued only in exceptional circumstances, such as:

  • When an exchange is not possible due to unavailability of the product, or

  • When approved at SensQ’s discretion after inspection.

  • If a refund is approved:

  • The amount will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.

  • Refunds will be processed within 10 business days from the date of approval.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Returns, exchanges, or refunds will not be accepted for:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper installation

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Products returned without original packaging or accessories

  • Items not manufactured by SensQ (unless explicitly stated)
